MEET YOUR COACHES
TYLER DRIVER
Tyler Driver is a coach shaped by pro baseball and defined by how he teaches today. A former Seattle Mariners 2019 draft pick, Tyler spent multiple seasons in professional bullpens getting up to AAA with the organization— learning how preparation, routine, and mentality separate pitchers who survive from pitchers who excel.
He’s lived late-inning pressure. He’s felt the weight of competition.
And now he teaches pitchers how to handle those moments instead of fearing them.
Tyler grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina and developed through PRO5 Academy before throwing more than 200 innings across 100+ pro appearances. Alongside his playing career, he has coached pitchers through mechanical development, pitch design, movement sequencing, and mental presence.
Tyler doesn’t coach from theory —
he coaches from experience, clarity, and connection.
His goal is to build pitchers who are strong, prepared, confident, and competitive — not just in velocity, but in mindset, routine, and identity.
MICHAEL LIMONCELLI
Michael Limoncelli brings a perspective few coaches can — talent, adversity, rehab, return, and the patience required to build a long-term pitching career. Born in Elmira, NY and a Horseheads HS product, Michael is one of the most decorated pitchers to come out of the region, he became a 2019 6th-round pick of the Seattle Mariners after an All-American high school career.
But the part that shapes him most isn’t the draft pick — it’s everything that came after.
Michael has lived the excitement of success, the frustration of injury, the grind of recovery, and the discipline required to find your way back. Those experiences now fuel how he teaches the game: with empathy, detail, honesty, and structure. He understands the pitcher beyond the mound — the person, the mind, the doubt, and the belief it takes to keep going.
His coaching builds more than mechanics.
It builds maturity, resilience, and long-lasting development habits.
He teaches pitchers how to compete, how to handle pressure, and how to grow through challenge — not around it.
